Service Grapemail connects an authorized Grapemail-hosted mailbox to ChatGPT for searching, reading, saving reply drafts and sending approved messages. Supported domains currently include oakstonecapital.co and digitspotcloudsummit.com. Each user must authenticate their own mailbox. The current release does not support deleting messages, attachments, CC, BCC or reply-all.
Your responsibilities Use only mailboxes you are authorized to access. Keep credentials secure and do not use Grapemail for unlawful access, spam, fraud or abuse. You remain responsible for the recipients and content of messages you approve. Review generated drafts for accuracy and suitability before sending.
Sending and delivery Sending requires the appropriate permission and confirmation of the displayed message. A sent message may not be retractable. SMTP acceptance means the mail server accepted the message for delivery; it does not guarantee that a recipient received or read it. If an attempt has an uncertain outcome, check the mailbox and contact support before trying again.
Availability and limits The connector depends on ChatGPT, AWS, the mail server and recipient mail providers. Connections and operations can fail or be delayed. The connector applies limits to protect the service, including a current limit of thirty send attempts per mailbox per hour. It is not intended for bulk-mail campaigns.
Data and ending use The privacy notice explains data processing and retention. You may stop using Grapemail and remove the ChatGPT connection. For server-side revocation or removal requests, contact support. Removing the ChatGPT connection does not necessarily remove all stored connector information. These terms do not change separate agreements for email hosting or ChatGPT.
